They will attract you with the big brand names which are not even with them. Risk advisory partner wants you to work and work without appreciating. He will even stop or deduct your FNF even if you have served notice as per agreed terms. Focus is not on quality of work but quantity of client. Even some of my colleagues were thrown out at their will without any intimation in process and risk advisory wing. Do go with the flosy client names and branding and choose wisely. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
