They will attract you with the big brand names which are not even with them. Risk advisory partner wants you to work and work without appreciating. He will even stop or deduct your FNF even if you have served notice as per agreed terms. Focus is not on quality of work but quantity of client. Even some of my colleagues were thrown out at their will without any intimation in process and risk advisory wing. Do go with the flosy client names and branding and choose wisely. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
