I've been working here for the past two years in SAS process at Airoli. There's lots of fevoritism and politics. You won't get any promotion or salary hike until and unless you're in manager's a$$ licker list. Even if you get, you'll have countless responsibilities for the penny hike. They just talk sweet and give fake promises whenyou reach out to them with your problems. The most pathetic thing is they make rotational shifts compulsory then deduct night transport cost from the salary, and act as if they're doing a favor. There's no job security as you'll in constant pressure of getting layed off if you don't do things as per their convenience. The Work culture looks good. Especially our project which gave us the liberty to work and our Manager Ajay Varadarajan is a gem of a person who led our team with grace and dignity.

The only part I liked is salary
Honestly it's a toxic work culture, the exit process was unclear and my manager and an SME they did not give clear information about exit process because they need me in the peak time but instead of communicating it that they need me in critical time my manager always tried her best to confuse me and my exit was really scarred me and still I think so many times whether I can be able find a good work place, it's a rotational shift in the night but every week ur timings get changed and also when they need u they will call u in weekoffs if u r available but I always said No, colleagues I didn't find any meaningful connections there....Read More

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.
You cannot expect this as a permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.
Work policy: If you perform well while working from the office, they will provide you with work from home opportunity.

There is no skill development and career growth. Full of office politics and partiality. During training they won't teach you well. During training period if you receive any technical issue problems while answering the technical issue , well you can ask your trainer for doubts. I really enjoyed my time working at Sutherland, especially because of strong management team and the supportive work environment. During my two years there, I had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I appreciated the focus on career growth and continuous training opportunities.
One of the challenges I faced during my time at Sutherland was the high turnover rate and the lack of follow through on long term performance. Company is not good during the fnf and they do not care about the employees once they leave the company and moreover they do not provide the reliving documents to the employees so they can join any other company and they will not give in written the last working day.
All the things after once resigned the process is s very tiring and tedious .

There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high

1. The work is satisfactory, no matter which client you work for. It's a young environment, so there is a lot of potential for good networking at an early age for freshers and students. 2. The upper management is so toxic that you will learn the art of self-advocating. If you can survive at Sutherland, you will eat the management alive at any other company. 3. There are 15-30-15-minute breaks with a timer running always. If you are a smoker, after three months at Sutherland, you will be faster than the flash to mark break on your computer, see the 15-minute timer begin, run to the entry of your floor, pass through the security gate of your floor (you can only pass through one after another, a minimum of 15 seconds per entry/exit), catch a lift with a minimum wait time of 5 minutes (because the lifts are substandard, at least one doesn't work every day), go to the entirely different other corner of the office, or outside the office (no other areas allow smoking), smoke, run back, again wait for the lift, pass through the gate, run to your work desk, enter your password, and mark break end. All of this should be done in 14 minutes and 59 seconds, or you will get a warning letter that stops any promotions for six months. You do this every day....Read More

Predatory Compensation and Subpar Resources: The pay packages at Sutherland are misleading and often exploitative. New hires rarely receive their full compensation during the initial four months, earning less than basic laborers. The company culture prioritizes cost-cutting over employee well-being, evident in the shared equipment and inadequate resources. Salaries, while supposedly paid on time, are frequently inaccurate and require significant effort to rectify. Travel allowances are minimal, leaving employees feeling undervalued and financially strained. 3. Illusory Job Security and Disrespectful Treatment: Despite claims of job security, Sutherland maintains an environment of fear, where even top performers can be abruptly dismissed without warning or justification. Employees can be terminated without a transparent process, escorted from the premises with a shocking lack of respect for their contributions. I have filed a case against Sutherland for Harrasment, Abuse, Profanity, Cyber Crime and Fraud/Scam. Case is now pending with Mumbai Police, Delhi Police, TN Police, Chief Minister Cell, Human Rights, Supreme Court and Media/Press. Do not join Sutherland.

I stayed in Sutherland just because I had good friends and didn't want to leave them. Also it's a great place to start your career but don't be there more than a year.
Everything is bad. Managers are very partial. They promote the persons who are their favourites. My manager did not even like me and always targeted me because of my personal life. As I was in work from home nobody cared about me or helped me. Had a very bad experience working there.
