It is a good start if you enter as fresher and help you in understanding that BPO is not a good industry to be a part of.

The Shifts man. Most of us work on night and the worst part is the graveyard shifts. My shifts start at 2.30 am in morning. Job security ... well you can forgot. People come and start their shift as normal, suddenly manager calls them and they will walk out. .. Sutherland will give you a feeling that you can lose your job any second.

There is no job security... They ll recruit people according to their volume.. Once the volume goes down ur job ll also go out of your hands... Simply waste.. Never choose this company.. I worked here for 8 months now they removed as the project is wrapped up. They did not givey service letter also.. Chasing them on daily basis for my docs. Fcompany
