It gone bad after the leadership change in cochin. Just doing reduction in force without any consideration of tenurity.

Leadership is changed to a "Boss" culture. Very bad culture at workspace. We are just obeying managers and if that plan fails just put the blame on subordinates. It is all done by threatening on the Job stability.
