Nothing it is just a name as best place to work but this is complete different while working

No one will take or consider your ideas and understand the situations and there is no motivation for the work done and yearly hike is 2 to 3% maximum and bias in work culture,Company never follows ethical values and never respects people Just a example-I joined Sutherlands with lot of things to do as a team but no one supported me and at initial stage asked me to do in same way later on started controlling me not to talk with team don’t laugh and don’t go for breaks as a lead I need to work with team to get things done but I never got respected at any time this is the reason I have lack of job satisfaction in my role and only that particular state people can be treated in positive way Completely micro management and in my experiences I never gone though this type of worst management and no one supports us...Read More
