Salary hike is very poor.. u can see that new joined agent's n tenured agent's having same package.. when we check with HR about the package different... thy will reply u.,..it's a buy back... because they have to give min 30-40% hike or more than that to get the agents... if u stay there in same company every year u will get Max 3-7% hike not more than that...... so do not stay back in same company.......Read More
