Hi all, I worked in Development division, average culture and people all around. They are very known by their BPO process and a small part of Software department. They have good salary structure and tax plans for employees. Transport also available, most suitable for ladies and juniors or less experienced developers.

Dislikes

Less process and not organized. Some folks are like snake-bites. Bad HR when we leave the company they will not give experience certificate and FnF statements. I left the company an year before but still not got my documents it is unethical and I am keep following up with these people.
