It's sily but the building security persons are quite rude and toilet is very bad , not at all well maintained .

Work life is good if u do something good will get apprised but if you do something wrong also they won't degrade you , rather you will get hands on support to make you better on your own to get the target to be completed and you will be given

If the company supported us by providing at least half or 1/3 of our salaries even though we are in the tloa phase, it would have been of great support. Most of the employees have been with this company for more than 10years. And all of a sudden they are out of Sutherland, and is the management aware whether they have got other jobs? Though management addresses our issues, I don't think they are being resolved. If employee continues to work continuously in one process for more than 18months, there should be a change in the process so that employees would be aware of other processes.
