I was worked in Sutherland for 18 months had a very terrible experience, after working for a year the appraisal was jz Rs.300, there wont be any hike, there will be a krr metrics for incentive, if we achieve one metrics. we can't able to achieve another one the management will set like that. there wont be any improvement in career, we cant able to learn any new things in sutherland, they won't care about employees, the will just look to achieve the COA from the client, I feel like I was wasted 18 months in my life....Read More
