Deceptive Job Title and No Hierarchy : You might join as a marketing head with experience in digital ,branding and other specialisation and they will ask you to do sales. Other than that you have to report to marketing executives. There is no clear hierarchy in the company as the company directors are all one family. Oppressive work environment : continuous 24/7 camera monitoring and micromanagement upto the level where you cannot even have a casual discussion with your colleagues. You cannot even have a snack outside the 40 min lunch break . only tea and coffee. Lack of Basic amenities : there is no dedicated cafeteria space for employees strict food restrictions are enforced, showing a disregard for employee comfort. Unethical Salary Practices : My salary was put on hold for more than a week, the company will offer you big salaries but when it comes to payment they will put it on hold from the very first month citing you haven't met your target even when you were in training for more than half a month. I had to settle for less than 1/3rd of my salary as they were not willing to pay me my salary for the month.
