No trainig , no job security, salary dealy, no work life balance , didnot have any Sales & Project team for solar project, only 2-3 empolyee work here. whatever written about company potfolio (like project under installtion, tuneover, completed project) on website was everything fraud. Boss always talk about BJP & Congress politicsnonsence and drity abuse infornt of lady , client or any place. Very most important here every new empolyee worked max 3-4 month only even HR also. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
