Nothing is there to like, It is the worst company in the world, I have been working in this company for 4 years and my salary remained 10000 RS till i got relieved, I work day and night and all the days when i'm at leave of comp off they torture us to speak with customers.

Dislikes

Lowest salary, lowest work life balance, Low incentive, No job security at all - one day you will be the manager, the other day you will be waterwash boy. I'll give you the names of staffs Swaminathan - front office manager , don't know to speak with customers and also plays politics inside the company. R. Krishnan - He is the worstest bodyshop manager, He gets money and demands hot drinks from service advisors. He also takes money from our incentives. S.A. Krishnan - He is the tortoise of the company, Whenever he enters a department , The whole department will be closed permanently. He is a retired idiot and always scolds everyone without having the proper knowledge. Sankar Raj - He is the manager who doesn't like service advisors getting incentives, He always wants more incentives than us. He is a person without automobile knowledge and only wants people to bow before him. This company failed to pay me my incentives after i relieved, Then when i asked they are saying that new rules is that you won't get incentive if you are relieved. And the provident fund has not even been credited to my PF account....Read More
