I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This company is not a process oriented. Warehoushing they won't give importance. Transportation is more profitable than warehouse. Minimum process also not there & unable to implement. Approx 7 years thery are running in profits but in future they should realize about warehouse.
