There really isnt anything likeable about this company and that people that work here. The work life balance is just pathetic and the politics that goes around here is really toxic to say the least

Dislikes

The company will ask you to pay from your own pocket for the so called “team bonding” activities. There is a lot of micro management and one word for the manager- toxic, this person doesnt have their own personal life and is making everybody else’s miserable who are working here. Zero due dilligence to the employees. Extremely toxic environment to work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
