Nothing as such. Pathetic environment, specially if you are a bit knowledgeable. Affairs within the department is very common. If you have good relations with the manager, only then you can have promotion there, else not.

Dislikes

Everything. Too much competition within the same department colleagues. Leg pulling is a day to day affair. No one will value your efforts or knowledge. International Business department is full of sic people.

Stellar is a good company, but the the management especially Afroz and Saurabh, is the worst I have seen. Promotions and increments are not based on performance. If you can flatter the right people, you'll get decent pay and promotions. The management and culture are toxic. Incentives are given only after humiliating us and making us write emails. Most of the reviews are on glassdoor are fakes and written under pressure. The only good thing is job security, which is why many incompetent people stay here. I made the biggest mistake joining this company. Consider this before making your decision. Some people work on contract basis and have more privileges than regular employees despite doing nothing. Aim of company is to hire short term employee. Team building is difficult. Put lot of pressure on manager to get project done. Mgmt fire people and hire new. Lot of gap in knowledge acquiment and transfer.
