Nothing as such. Pathetic environment, specially if you are a bit knowledgeable. Affairs within the department is very common. If you have good relations with the manager, only then you can have promotion there, else not.

Dislikes

Everything. Too much competition within the same department colleagues. Leg pulling is a day to day affair. No one will value your efforts or knowledge. International Business department is full of sic people.

Literal gangs are working in the company. There's castism and groupism. There's a very unhealthy atmosphere of politics. The whole workforce is basically 75% Chacha Bhatija and the rest is 25% actual hiring. The whole HR department is lazy and lethargic, they can never come up with policies on short notice.
