The work-life balance here is pathectic here , what is good is safe jobs for those who are "yes" boss people. The culture of the company is poor. Job satisfaction is for those people who say "Yes" to everything and engage in flattery. There is no focus on skill development for heads- to the down at the team level—very toxic environment. Management does no bother, poor HR team—no authority at all—cannot help you with any concern. The bossed will never change jobs because they are trapped in their own egotism, believing themselves to be the ultimate authorities—the "fathers and gods" in marketing. As in reality, no other company would hire them, leaving them with no choice but to stay and expect constant flattery.There is no logical discussion. You discuss with facts, and you targted. I better took the action of leaving them. Advice: Change the culture—openness and Facts only, not people focus. Things would change or things would remain the same its their call.
