They fire u in appraisal time. No leave benefit work for rotation shift bcaz it based on strict approval, dark future, mental harsmnt. Join any cal centre never this cpmny...not clear ur dues in 45 days, u need to spend first and then wait for 60 days...it goes from ur pocket....Read More

There is no job security and you don't get new things to learn. No learning training. Managers are not supportive. They just want their target to be completed and they terminate without putting someone in PIP. Overall no proper rules.

I liked the pay benefits like leaves and all also the other benefits like coupons for diwali and women's day. After target completion we used to celebrate whole heartedly.....

There is a lot of work place politics going on here. And the seniors actually kind of bullies u if u r a new joinee... They have the power over there to manipulate the bosses....
