While it boasts the accolade of being a 'Great Place to Work', the reality is quite the opposite. Effective communication with senior management & one's direct supervision is severely lacking. Instead of providing adequate guidance, there is an expectation for employees to handle entire tasks without sufficient explanations, assuming an unrealistic level of knowledge. Attempts to tackle assignments independently, using the available understanding, results in reprimands rather than constructive feedback. Seeing clarification from managers yields brief, unhelpful responses after a delay of 2-3 days. However, despite numerous individual reaching to the HR to address this concern, no correction measure were implemented. Disturbingly there has been instances of abrupt layoffs without prior warnings, exacerbating the existing challenges within the workspace....Read More

There is not anything to be liked Work life balance sucks. They do not care, if you have any problem they do not relax anything. If you achieve target they increase it and if you not they will give backlog They also have not yet credited my salary, i worked for 21 days and they are saying you will not get it. Worst company ever!!

1. They do not care about employees, you have to work 12-14 hours daily to complete project. 2. If you not complete it then you they give you backlog and every individual in the company get backlogs and you have to complete it on Saturday and Sunday. 3. The target is un achievable they are saying 2 days, offs but you have to sit on those day every time

Work from home for certain projects. Rest hybrid.

Pretty much everything is atrocious. Only join if you are friends with senior management. Terrible salary with no benefits. Diwali bonus is Rs. 1000 Amazon gift card. We pay our maid more than that. When they need extra work done they say we are a family and after they get work done, there's no overtime nor do they adjust targets.
