There is no proper management hierarchy in this company. Even for just two days of Work from Home, you need to get permission from the CEO. If that’s the case, then what is the purpose of having a Manager or Senior Manager? Moreover, if the CEO is visiting India, they won’t approve leave or WFH, even if you applied for it a month inadvance. On the day of the visit, they will cancel all prior approvals, disregarding employees' plans and commitments. This not only shows a lack of proper delegation but also creates an unprofessional and inconvenient work environment....Read More

Not work life balance and there is no any skills development in this company worst experience .

You can’t develop your in this company and only you will get salary in your account but never change to develop your skills and always do work and work and after doing lot of works CEO will tell you are doing nothing I’m not seen any improvement in products and I will not give anyone increments .
