Working at Guidewire has been an incredible experience so far. It's one of those companies where you not only grow professionally but also genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. First, the work life balance here is fantastic. The work is hectic though and some pressure to stretch beyond your limits. But the people are helpful andhelp you immensely to help complete the work The salary and benefits are excellent too and above all other top tier companies. There is mobile policy, wellness benefits, strong health insurance, internet reimbursement, work from home setup reimbursement, free food, free transport etc They are moving to a brand new state of the art campus which truely represents the guidewire standard in the US. Politics at workplace is NIL The work we do highly impacts the customers so the work is satisfying as we have connect to global teams in US, Europe, Australia etc. Management is friendly and listens to your concerns. Interview process is very tough so it was difficult to get in. Had 6 rounds of interview. The bar set is very high. So the environment is very competitive. Overall a good move. Not much to talk about. Current office is not up to global standards of Guidewire. Pantry is not good. But this will be solved after the move to the new campus

Company culture is good, transparency is there. Management is very supportive and appreciate all the hard work. Your voice is listen here. Benefits are employee friendly. I have very rarely seen an employee leaving guidewire as there are no issue which makes you to leave this organization. My manager and higher management is very down to earth , supportive. They don't just give the task and do micro management. They trust , give freedom and set an example of a leader and not a boss thing.. Basic salary is a bit lacking but the India team has just started shaping up and the career growth trajectory looks promising as there is good training program with the job.

Too much push for to be in office. Can be better with flexibility. Though they have many programs for flex work arrangements, but still work needs to be seen in terms of work than only collaborative work.
