There is no proper management hierarchy in this company. Even for just two days of Work from Home, you need to get permission from the CEO. If that’s the case, then what is the purpose of having a Manager or Senior Manager? Moreover, if the CEO is visiting India, they won’t approve leave or WFH, even if you applied for it a month in advance. On the day of the visit, they will cancel all prior approvals, disregarding employees' plans and commitments<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
