It is truly inspiring and heartwarming to witness an India office like Calix doing such amazing things to support their workforce. The leadership team, comprised of individuals like Zach, Arun , and Julian, truly makes the Calix center one of the best in the industry. Their guidance and expertise have led to the development of a technical support division that is second to none, creating an environment where teams genuinely enjoy the work they do. Dislikes

Zero drive. Very old tech stack and daily tasks are mundane. This might be related to my current team that I'm working on, but I've heard people on few product teams work on some awesome tech stack. But that rarely happens here.

Appraisals are way less here. They hardly give 3 to 5%. And for some teams, they don't give at all. Service-based company treatment here. Some managers do micro-management.
