Productivity Day will take place the 2nd Friday of the 1st and 3rd month of each quarter. They are designed to give each of us the time to focus on projects that we have not had the time to do between meetings or to explore learning courses, read a business book, think through a project or work on a presentation deck.

Calix supports your wellbeing with designated Recharge Days where everyone steps away from meetings and calls to catch up on work or take time to recharge. Recharge Days fall on the Friday following each quarterly cadence release
