Aim of company is to hire short term employee. Team building is difficult. Put lot of pressure on manager to get project done. Mgmt fire people and hire new. Lot of gap in knowledge acquiment and transfer. Low appraisal, lot of pressure, no benefits to manager just promises, time wastage with company, no vision of the company and nonew product, no innovation, just managing the old product, obsolete ideas, no employee retention. We just lie with team hired every 6 mnths....Read More
