Having not worked ij the construction sector I learnt a lot, there's not much politics though the work environment is tense. The team was a great one, result oriented and were welcoming. enough training was given to me on recruitment

Dislikes

Work pressure was very high and there was no open door for new ideas, also there were high levels of job insecurity. Growth was also something that hardly happen after appraisals

It was Hectic as targets were way up there and there's was stiff competition, the sales and marketing was vast being a big factory we had many staff in each department so monitoring them to ensure they are on track wasn't easy

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
