Good culture. Good learning. Overall nice

Dislikes

Job security. No goodies or awards are given to employees to encourage them. In my 1 yr exp there was only 1 qtr awards.. that too so late. Month end pressure & long hrs extension time. Internal mgt politics. But its there in all job, so overall good co!

There’s nothing to like but I got some good friends there the only good thing happened to me other wise nothing is there

The senior manager should talk decently but they failed to do that. My team manager won’t give respect anybody and his words are not good enough. Even my team manager not support his own team members then how can they sustain there.

Work is easy as compared to other captive companies.

Dislikes

There is no ease to give work from home, leaves are also not allowed when you want. Feel burden when the other teammates take leave. Poor hiring due to which staff with poor skillset got hired in the company. There is a partiality from the higher management towards employees based on gender and designation.

I like work culture and friendly management.... management did not force for completing work they could not serious on employees if we want emergency leave also management understand the situation and approved leave.co employees also good they helped for process improvement etc...due to support my kid from my end I left from company...

Managers behaviour is not good about team members. He thoughts like I am the best and taking revenge if you ask doubts. Seniors and HR department also not helping if you are in need.

Teams work together, people are helpful here. We get to learn things, but somehow we also get less time to communicate. Working on activities is a task here.
