There is full politics here,no body is there to listen your problem specially in Bank loan. The main head is itself very corrupted naturless always stay with two girls of very lower levels and smoke with them out of that either they r working or not but surely they are getting promotions,very bad management never seen in my entire life...very worse transport and managers also,salry benefits is good but all management is very worse ,no one is there to listen your problem in pune locationd...Read More

Culture is very poor. Many people have ego issues here. Many people will try to pull you down because they're jealous cause you're learning it better and working hard. Partiality is here all the time, until unless you go around and satisfy team leaders ego, you won't get anything. And I had to work 9.5 hours where in other companies it's only 8 hours. There is no OT pay, there's no incentives, infact they've made sure for client holiday you apply your own leaves. There are no holidays, if cut down client holidays I only have 12 leaves, which includes sick leave, personal leaves, earned leaves. Ps. If you're sick then you have to apply leave which will be unplanned and your incentive is gone....Read More

I wish I could add a couple of points here, but at this time I just have one thing to write.. you get your salary on time ( with some or the other unexpected deductions)

1) work culture 2) terrible leadership - constant flip flops on announcement regarding wfh policies, increment letters, bonuses etc...etc... 3) commit to pay OT but doesn't pay despite of valid business cases and manager approval 4) discriminatory work policies ( wfh allowed for senior leadership and Analyst level but middle level management not allowed to work from home even during emergency) 5) lack of promotion and partial environment 6) substandard leave policy 7) lack of proper risk framework leading to Senior leadership bombarding in case of operational errors 8) lack of specialist professional across risk, quality, compliance and L&D teams leading to weak support functions <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 9) ill treating of employees by Senior management leading to employee resignation</mark> 10) Lack of employee centric Outlook Please note - above points are the ones that immediately comes to my mind but there are a lot of other points I have missed....Read More

The management isn't that great here at the moment. All that the company is focusing on at the moment is cutting down expenses. They have kept unrealistic targets for claiming the Overtime money where even though your regular work hours are 9½ hours but you have to work minimum 50 hours in a week and the hours that exceed about 50 hours, you'll be paid OT just for that. Work is easy and manageable. There are not much challenges. And some days in the month we don't have much work.

Appraisal is terrible, no rewards and recognition for initiations we take, there is a long wait for promotions. Politics among teammates is too much. Freshers are given more priority than experienced employees. Newly hired get more payment than old employees. Salary revision not done on time. Once you get into night shift there is no way to get it changed. Also, no other company hire you easily if you are an experienced employee<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
