Most worst thing is unsecured management no caring of employees also highly cast cuting into salary no benefit as well as no promotion with if ur completed 1/2 year...very badly behaviour doing HR with employees

You can learn many things in organisation if you get into team who has skilled seniors but it's vary rare scenario. Analyst has to do work of senior analyst level because lack of experienced seniors and I got apportunity to learn from onshore that's the plus point

Even some analyst have better knowledge then specialist and managers 4)salary is very less outside Pune people can't survive at that salary I am from Pune still i am leaving at PG Hinjewadi 5)No holiday us or Indian,managers keep asking you to do login on Saturday to clean there escalations 6)for freshers no proper training plan,outdated sop's 7)hiring new experience people who doesn't belong to same work field before they are hiring salesman's , marketing experienced people who don't have any knowledge about capital market basics 8)HR people are ghosts in this company we have search for them for updates 9) managers doing WFH and they want staff at floor to do their work 10)don't join being unemployed is good instead of joining shit organization wait till you get good job in better organization

... this company, because i learnt a lot about job responsibilities and new things. I work in night shift and i get a shift allowance of 6k with basic salary of 14k. But overall u don't get enough pay for what you do. You just work for 10 - 11 hrs a day or may be 12 hrs to be honest. If you need to learn something new or just need experience like me, you can bear with the company for couple of years like 1 and half or 2 and get out of this company ASAP.

There is no seperate training team once you get into the process. You don't get enough time to learn the process and if we get through half of the sea, then they dump all the work to you. This is based on my experience, some people may get a good team with good colleagues.
