... this company, because i learnt a lot about job responsibilities and new things. I work in night shift and i get a shift allowance of 6k with basic salary of 14k. But overall u don't get enough pay for what you do. You just work for 10 - 11 hrs a day or may be 12 hrs to be honest. If you need to learn something new or just need experience like me, you can bear with the company for couple of years like 1 and half or 2 and get out of this company ASAP.

There is no seperate training team once you get into the process. You don't get enough time to learn the process and if we get through half of the sea, then they dump all the work to you. This is based on my experience, some people may get a good team with good colleagues.

provides job security but work life is horrible ,working time 9.5hrs we need to do overtime, pay is low compare to others ,night shift horrible 9.5hrs continues but it may extend to 12hrs ,I have sit for continues 12hrs from 9am to9pm for working without over time allowance, for night shift employees complete 1or 2 months on night then only 3rd month you will get allowance of 300 per night, poor management polices

team support is good but few of the is not cooperative ,employees not getting proper training there is no special team for training working employees who is on processing give training to new joiners, salary is very low for an analyst get below 14000 per month if its night shift then 6000 allowance per month if 2 months night completed. pls don't think about work life balance 24hrs a day more than12hrs working 6hrs sleeping 2hrs for travelling ,,,,

My teammates are very supportive and they motivate me a lot, the training in HCL gives me a lot of knowledge about the product they are deal with.career growth is good.

Only think I dislike in HCL is low salary.
