Very good company for startups like me. Compansation is decent and depends on how the company is performing. A very good work satisfaction with with decent teammates.

... team and politics are obvious. Growth is too slow and pressure of work is high. No comp offs and no extra pay for working over weekends.

If you are the permanent employee u will get best salary in the market. Cab facility is good.

I have worked in the TAS department as contract employee. Tasks are same as perm employees but salary will be the half. There is no guarantee that they will offer perm position even if you are the best and consistent performer. Toxic workplace, favourism, office politics, no work life balance made me to resign.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
