As per my experience Do not expect work life balance at all. Only strong hearted and the one who can fight with all the situation can survive. But at last it totally depends on process to process. And your experience .I have heard few are enjoying the work and the environment with learning and work life balance

Very good company for startups like me. Compansation is decent and depends on how the company is performing. A very good work satisfaction with with decent teammates.

... team and politics are obvious. Growth is too slow and pressure of work is high. No comp offs and no extra pay for working over weekends.

If you are the permanent employee u will get best salary in the market. Cab facility is good.

I have worked in the TAS department as contract employee. Tasks are same as perm employees but salary will be the half. There is no guarantee that they will offer perm position even if you are the best and consistent performer. Toxic workplace, favourism, office politics, no work life balance made me to resign.

The company provides good onjob training and regular process update training. The team that I worked was competitive and market reliable. Also, has a global client base. As result hadonsite travel opportunity. Another, plus point is the perks and other benefits. Had team outing once in 3months.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high after first year. We need to stretch out at times in evening to receive client calls and work extra hours. We do receive appreciation emails from client, but they go unnoticed during the year end appraisals. There is lot of differenciation between seniors and juniors by the management. Fresher's are not given value for thier ideas on work process .

...d but it all comes down to the team you're in. Never get into India team, never. Culture, compensation everything else is good but it all comes down to the team you're going to be working with.

There's no work life balance here. Also, comes down to the team you're working for. I don't have no work life and thoug.
