Work is not easy to manage, and no privacy in cab roaster for women, sitting attached with men sometimes, that making uncomfortable for women, but they can't tell to mangers, salaries are too low, work life balance is depend on your personal efforts,team players and other higher people are working from many years and finally HCl is not a good place to start your career.
