People with skillset and experience are recruited but inside the company people attitude is like why she/he recruited instead mgt hr can give level up to seniors they start dominating as new ones are unfit. ojit for 2 to a week to know process knowledge no proper training, stability issues for new joiners even though they have enough experience related to process. No support from management.
