It is a worst company where employee will not the yearly hike , for getting promotion employees needs to roam behind there managers. Assistant manager are taking advantage of employee , recently one the assistant manager has seized one of the employee mobile phone because he took the mobile phone to the floor for emergency work and the assistant manager has seized the employee mobile phone he has not returned back the mobile phone to the employee and that employee has suffered a lot because he was not having any thing to connect his parents. His parents were so tensed because they were not able to connect with their son and at last that employee has taken one of the unknown person's phn and connected with parents through Facebook. So I don't think, this company is value to work because if these type of managers will be there neither company will grow nor employees and employees will be suffered because of these cheap managers who do not know how to behave with employees properly and they think they are only the owner of the company. Dislike whole compant their nepotism for their belonging same cities so they give leverages to you only nothing and some girls especially Team leader Soni Sinha team member girls are Nasty greedy and very negative they never wants to grew you up if you did grow then they starting politics and creating situations like you can leave the organization. So much planning plotting the mean girls can do very clever and thirsty for their greeds. Also Nitin Mishra the pathetic Manager in this whole world I guess he take personal grudges to you and spoiled you official and your weekends also he is a very bad God never make him and his family to be happy as he steals the laughs of simple a Enoscent people's. Worst company I have ever seen, arrogant managers, inhumane work environment and miscommitments are very often. They makes there employees to work 9.5 to 10 hours a day and then reward him/her with baseless dedications to the salary every month.

Nothing there is hell in the startek all the managers are not supportive. They are forcing for shift extend not giving PL's cancelling the week off

Dislikes

There management is poor HR also not supportive cancelling the week offs not giving approval on PL's Also asking to come on holidays there is not any holidays including govt holidays they call and ask to do work
