Itna ghhatiya company Maine apne life Main aj tak na dekha aur na suna ... Yaha ke agent se lekar manager Tak and Hr bhi sab bakwas hai ... Yaha ka environment kaam karne ke layak hai hi nahi .... Koi kisiko support nahi karta hai .... Sab mauka dhundte hai complaint karne ka ya job se bahar nikal ne ka agar kuchh nhi milta hai to jhut mut kaa kuch kahani banakar fasa dete hai ... I was in need of an job as worked there as it was a need. The peer pressure of work got over my limits at the end of my tenure there however I still survived and completed 2 and half years as I needed this much time spented

There is toxic work culture in Startek also as we see in many firms. The performanc marks are as such and elevated as it is impossible to acivleve it on regular basis as this is an tactic of every company out there giving you opportunity to work.

There is nothing to be liked in this organisation from TL to Manager all are like rowdies and wanted the employee to like their boots. For getting 1 day leave you have to beg for 3 months ago and that will also not sure that you will get that leave. You will not get leave even if you are sick. You have to always come to the office on time but there is no time limit for leave the office. You have to beg for going to the lunch and even for washroom.. It's good to gain initial experience.

Dislikes

Management uses profanity on the floor to the employees be it supervisor or associate. They pressurized employee to do overtime without any extra payment. They don't show mercy to the associates if they are unwell. One can never get promotion or will be selected through IJP cause only politics and favorism works here.

They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager". I had worked with Startek for 3 months. The company is having the worst management Jayshree HR manager and Suman Datta operation manager! They forced me to leave the organisation without any notice or without any proper warning! They are taking the biased approach towards the employees!

In startek if you are living in lucknow so that startek is better job opportunity in BPO sector. Startek hiring process it very fast. Also he gives the training before you working any process. The training period is paid. After completed the training period then you will come to operation. All supervisors all very supportive and good nature.

Dislikes

In my opinion there is no hike and appraisal on tenurtity basic in same process. Only promotion level increase a salary.
