Senior Management tries a lot to understand and fix issues.

Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More

No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays.
