Please do not join Startek or agies worst company. They will never give you the experience letter. Worst tl who will never except your resignation. Worst hr if you call Srinitra she will shout on you as she is always busy . If you miss 1 day attendance that means they will never pay you that 1 day salary.worst manegement. Senior Management tries a lot to understand and fix issues.

Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. Company has L2 process. So working is good. Easy process.

Company is so broke, they don't even have proper working lift. I was stuck in lift twice and my TL made me work extra hour even though it was not my fault. Micro management is usual. Weekoff preference are thrown into the dustbin and management are the one who are deciding the weekoff.

I like FRM and FKBO , but Phonepe process in startek is worst, mainly chiranjeevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.

No promotions, no management . Everything is worst in this organisation. If you will try to reach out to any senior they will directly say I am not responsible talk to that person blaahhh blaahhh . Everyday someone will resign from the company suddenly you will get to know ok this HR left the company ok this ÔM left .they will take your incentives too

The total atmosphere was terrific. No management quality and no proper hr team as well . Total journey of mine was disgusting. Management team was specially responsible for all the nonsense sit happen inside the office and The hr heads oh my goodness . I NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO STARTEK AND JOIN STARTEK
