The higher management sucks. There is no such thing as increment. Salary is the lowest in the industry

I am fortunate that I got an opportunity to work with such big companies and I learnt a lot. I always would be grateful for giving me opportunity to work with. I would recommend for those specially for freshers who want to work in Bpo industries they will definitely learnt a lot. Thanks for giving me this opportunity.

Growth was very slow...to much pressure...salary package not good enough...yearly no appraisal....without buttering u will not get promotion...
