They never give salary on time and also they offer alot of incentive but they don't give any thing extra Don't go for any position in this company

Dislikes

They never pay salary on time some time they give one month salary after 2-3 month later

Good work, Friendly environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good. they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. Everyday learn different things. I learnt everything on a job .i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
