Dislikes

Mid level leadership treat their portfolio as sovereign empire. Empire's welfare is prioritised over bank or customer welfare. Company level policies OR HR hardly make any difference. It all boils down to which manager you are working under. Accordingly you might find the place great OR worse to work at.

It completely depends which manager you are working under. I have worked under great managers who take care of work life balance by setting example and I have also worked under other manager who have made this place worst to work at.

The company is uses latest technology and there a lot of opportunity to learn new technology. The work environment is great.

Compensation is decent. Growth also very slow.The work pressure is very high.
