The principal here, she is the life of this school. She herself is a good teacher. She has a unique way of seeing things, I must say that she has an artistic eye who recognised the hidden talent inside me. She has a big role in my overall personality development. I've learnt so much while working here. She set such an aura that everyone would love to work here so i also loved working here. It was never like a job for me, It was like home to me. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Principal is very much supportive . Staff is also very supportive all teachers live as family members

Dislikes

Salary and managment is not good and it's always a lot partially among teachers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
