No office culture, no events,no outings, One can be easily be terminated without warnings. they are from hospitality industry so anything major happens in world will impact your salaries in 2 months. NZ office has 5 days working while IND office have 6 days working. every manager in company doing politics and as usual HR is lean towards management. Threatening employees if they post bad on social media, company will give negative feed back if future employer ask for references....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
