If u r a fresher than good opportunity u can know ur inner talent gets a paltform to show ur skills but a lot of hardwork have to be poured, situations will be not in ur control. U will get to understand children n learn how to work under pressure.

Dislikes

Too much restrictions on teachers, they r given rules n regulations for each n everything and very strict environment for work, no time to relax. More than students teachers are observed for their behaviour and discipline. Teachers are not taken into consideration while taking decisions, no participation of the teachers in decision making.
