1.St.Bakhita is an insistution where you can grow your career to another level e.gstandards are unique and organising trainings for teachers for their career growth.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Working on Saturdays ,it should be free Saturdays for teachers to rest unless it's urgent meeting. Salary should not equalised to all teachers,they should check on experience and level of education.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
