The good thing is the heads don't have any knowledge, so you people can easily survive there.

Must Read: 1. HR will behave like the CEO (never trust HR words in this company). 2. This is payroll company which means , you will work for another client not in this companies project because this company don't have any personal project. 3. They always try to loot money from their client by adding fake experience and resumes themself also. They will tell you to prepare for the interview even after clearing the interview in SSINTEK, which means you need to attend the interviews until you clear the client interviews. 4. If you are not selected or removed from the client project they will layoff you, also if you don't follow HR he will manipulate the heads easily because every head in other countries ,is not in the company, in this company no team lead, architect, PO, PM, nobody you can find. 5. when recruiting they will accept your pay , but don't worry they will give only half of from that pay , this is what happened to everyone not only for me....Read More
