Everything is very bed. Very poor company by financially and Egoistic, lazy Management & HR Not Responding on any support, Only taking reports and Take your credit also.

Dislikes

Management don’t have decisions, they always depends on HR to take any decisions. Working attitude is very poor If you don’t have a job, seat home but never ever work here. You will destroy your career.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
