According to me this company has good potential to retain the employees as per their best satisfaction. I personally liked the most about company ethics and decepliene. I am fully satisfied the way I groomed myself in this company.

Only appraisal strategy.

It was always challenging for me as I was performing myself as manager marketing and sales.But yes the only key to get success here is hard work nothing else which is fair enough.
