There is no satisfication working in Sri Shipping Services, there was no any job security, growth, increament....nothing....will appoint js in the name of Sri Shipping Servives and will give experience letter in the name of another company...there is no any PF or ESI

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
