I literally love every aspect about my job. This is something which gives me a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction at a personal level. This is something that I look forward to each morning. I have meet farmers and communicate with them and i ask about their farming. My Regional manager give me list to the beneficiary farmers, who have taken agriculture implements than i visit. The people in my office are the most nicest and probably the most humble people I have ever interacted with. Government has stopped subsidy on agriculture implements and systems then job securities will be automatically stopped. Company policies are average because It's depending upon government projects....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
